Thanks to his experience in internationally renowned laboratories (CEA, Plant Research International, Institut Curie, etc.) where he worked as a research engineer, he has acquired interdisciplinary know-how that enables him to manage Proteme's technological development. Agri-food engineer from the National School of Chemistry, Biology and Physics (ENSCBP) of Bordeaux with a specialisation in industrial engineering, Benjamin is in charge of production activities and product development. He has worked on improvement projects in international industrial companies in various sectors including fruit processing and animal nutrition such as Ynsect.
