A coating ?
Unlike packaging, a coating is edible.
It is a thin film that surrounds the product and gives it additional properties. Invisible to the naked eye, it protects the fruit or vegetable and gives it a longer shelf life.
Without any danger to health, the product can be consumed indifferently with or without its coating (washing with water is enough to remove this film). By guaranteeing physical and biological protection, the food coating is positioned as a real substitute for plastic packaging. !
